01/ Field Day briefing
My workshops prioritize a safe and engaging experience to all experience levels. From a new beginner wanting to learn a new hobby, to an experienced professional photographer. We will video call to go over gear, safety, expectations, creative styles, and any accommodations needed.
02 / Field Day Experience
Led by expert Photographer Michael Eardley who has been taking photographs of the back canyons of Southern Utah for 8 years. This small group workshop will focus on a wide range of techniques, styles, and creative values of photography. We will visit a number of hidden/ not well known places to maximize the amount of gallery worthy shots.
03 / Post processing/ Editing session
After the field day we will go over a wide range of editing techniques using Lightroom and photoshop. During this hour long session you will be able to learn how I edit my photos, and watch along through screen sharing. After the session, a recording of the session will be sent to you, along with a Preset created during the session.
This three part, hands on, workshop will go over the entire process of preparing for, taking, and editing high quality astrophotography; Led by experienced and award winning photographer, Michael Eardley. This workshop can be scheduled in small groups of 1-5, for a more one on one experience of learning directly from Michael. The workshop will be done in 3 parts. 1/ Pre field day gear check and preparations over video call. 2/ Field day experience 3/ Post Processing editing session.
Discover the local wildlife photography spots, new techniques, and editing processes with seasoned wildlife photographer Michael Eardley. Wildlife is a sacred part to nature. We will respect their habitat and leave no trace as we explore the wild looking for beauty in the canyons and mountains of Utah. From birds in the mountains, to Big horn sheep deep in the canyon, this experience requires some hiking, and a telephoto lens for your camera. This 3 part Workshop will go over 1/ Pre Field Day gear and expectations video call. 2/ Field Day. 3/ Post Processing and editing video call.
